Our Programs

We currently have openings in our Tuesday after school Bluebird class and Wednesday & Thursday homeschool Goldfinch class. All morning classes are full and wait list only.

ROCS Morning Program 

Fledgling

The ROCS Fledgling program takes place from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm daily. Drop-off  begins at 9:00 am and all children must be picked up no later than 12:00 pm. Children enrolled in the Fledgling program must be potty-trained through age 5. Families may choose to enroll one day (Fridays), two days (Tues/Thurs or Mon/Wed), or three days (Mon/Wed/Fri). The Fledgling program includes a play-based learning model and nature exploration. There is a daily beginning and ending circle time, story time, and nature walks. The cost is $90/month for one day, $180/month for two days and $240/month for three days.  

Hatchling

Children who are walking but not yet potty trained are welcome to attend with their caregiver and participate fully in the morning program by enrolling in the Hatchling program. Participants of the Hatchling program must register and enroll their child in order to reserve a guaranteed spot with the school. Families may choose to enroll one day (Fridays only) or two days (Tues/Thurs or Mon/Wed). Attendance on days other than those the child is enrolled is not permitted unless it is scheduled as a Drop-In day. Hatchling participants are expected to arrive and depart on time and must sign in and out. There is no charge for siblings under 18 months who attend with caregivers and registered participants. The cost is $45/month for one day and $90/month for two days.

Drop-Ins

Children of both the Fledgling and Hatchling age are welcome as Drop-In participants.  Registration is required for Drop-in participants prior to attendance. Drop-in spots are not guaranteed and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Once registered, participants can reserve their spot up to a week in advance with the Program Director. The cost for Hatchlings and Fledglings Drop-In is $30/day and is paid on or before the day of attendance. 

ROCS Afternoon Program

Goldfinch

The Goldfinch program is an afternoon homeschool enrichment program available on Wednesdays or Thursdays 1pm to 3pm for children 5 to 12. The Goldfinch program is a student-led, project-based learning model which includes various scientific investigations, collaborative problem solving, hiking, games, and crafts.  The cost is $80/month. 

ROCS After School Program

Bluebird

The Bluebird program is an afternoon program available on Tuesdays 3:30pm to 5:30pm for children ages 5 to 12. The Bluebird program is a student-led, project-based learning model which includes various scientific investigations, collaborative problem solving, hiking, games, and crafts. The Bluebird program is open to both traditional and homeschooled students. The cost is $70/month.
