Field Trips
Plan Your Visit to the Rolla Outdoor Collaborative School and the Audubon Trails Nature Center
The Rolla Outdoor Collaborative School is happy to host your school/learning group at no cost* to you! We can tailor a hike and nature lesson for your students. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the beautiful Audubon Trails Nature Center Pavilion before returning to school. Please reach out to director@RollaOutdoorSchool.org to tell us about your group and schedule a time.
We welcome groups of all types at the Audubon Nature Center Trails in Rolla. We would love to design a program that is just right for your group. For preschoolers up to adults, we would love to educate your group on our Ozark ecosystems, native species, and citizen science projects. You can choose to take a hike, picnic in the beautiful new pavilion, and learn about our natural environment from a master naturalist. Please note: To minimize impact on the nature center, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 50.
*All field trips are free thanks to generous donations to our ROCS Community Fund! You will need to provide your own transportation both to and from the Nature Center. If you would like to donate to our Community Fund please click here. We thank you for building a strong community and providing access to the outdoors to our diverse community!
Please email director@rollaoutdoorschool.org to schedule your visit!
